Great Britain regulates respirable crystalline silica through the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations rather than by restricting products. Whether Great Britain should align with lower limits used in other jurisdictions has been the subject of continuing debate, so confirm the current figure directly in the latest edition of EH40 before relying on it.
There is no restriction on the supply or use of engineered stone in Great Britain.
